Selected work

Five engagements, with the numbers.

Each of these says what was actually broken, what I did about it, and what moved as a result — including the parts that were findings rather than figures.

Where a number needs a caveat, the caveat is next to the number. Where an outcome was qualitative, it says so rather than being converted into a percentage.

Not everything gets written up

These five are the engagements where I can publish the detail. The wider record includes fifteen years of agency and in-house work across finance, energy, travel, recruitment and technology — most of it under arrangements that mean it stays off a website.
